A. After receiving your info, pics and payment, 
3-4 weeks. 

 

Q. Do you do rush orders? 

A. Yes, but it will cost you millions, therefore happy to discuss.

Q. What if I don’t have at least 15 names for my dog?

Q. Do you ship out of the country? 

A. Yes, it usually adds about another $20 -$30 US.

Q. What size frame and mat board do you suggest? 

A. 11 x 14" is a standard size mat opening for a 16" x 20" frame. Or simply an 11" x 14" frame like the one on this page.

Q. Are you spelling mat correctly? I thought it was matte. 

A. Yes, in this case it's mat not matte.
